Purpose
Our goal is to assist and support the Board of Directors in making decisions that affect the maintenance of the property as well as managing the property's operating and reserve accounts.  Our

 experienced team provides guidance and qualified vendors to manage any remediation project.  We also help guide the Board of Directors to achieve maximum performance by managing the day to day details of the association that a volunteer Board is not able to oversee on a regular basis.

As association managers we assist the Board of Directors in performing their duties as decision-makers and to carry out the directions and requests of the Board of Directors in an efficient and effective manner.  We help guide the Board of Directors to achieve maximum performance by managing the day-to-day details of the association.

  • Maintaining accurate accounting records.  The homeowner historical ledger of assessments and payments are current and accurate at all times. Help structure a realistic budget each year
  • Provide the Board monthly accrual accounting report rather than just quarterly reports
  • Provide an additional monthly cash flow report to each board member. So that they may see cash in and cash out
  • Diligent attention to delinquency and collection issues
  • Provide each Board member a copy of all incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Maintain a compliance log for your property and provide monthly status
  • Receive all homeowner complaints and take the appropriate action as directed by the Board of Directors
  • Coordinate
    all maintenance projects
  • Assist with annual insurance renewals
