Norman W. McCue, CPM, has been Owner/Broker and President of McCue & Associates, Inc., a real estate brokerage and management firm, since 1978. Mr. McCue holds the designation of Certified Property Manager, which he received in 1978 from the Institute of Real Estate Management, Chicago, Illinois.

Received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education, taught school in Norwalk, CA and attended graduate school Berkeley, California where he received his Master’s degree in 1962. He has been an instructor of property management at Edmonds Community College, Bellevue Community College and Lake Washington Vocational Technical Institute.

Was appointed to the 1987 Condominium Law Task Force by the Washington Congressional Law and Justice Committee to participate in the writing of the Washington Condominium Act for the state. This law was signed by the Governor in April of 1989 and became effective July 1, 1990.

McCue & Associates, Inc. currently manages condominium homeowners associations, and apartment properties in the greater Seattle market. He is a Bellevue resident.

Is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and has been a board member, past treasurer, secretary, vice president and president of the local Western Washington Chapter. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Seattle King County Association of Realtors and has been active in the Washington State Chapter of the Community Association Institute.
